Keto Breakfast Cereal Ingredients

- 1 cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- ½ cup of Flaked Almonds
- ½ cup of Flaxseeds
- 1/3 cup of Pepitas
- 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup of Sunflower Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon, ground
- 1/3 cup of Erythritol, granulated
- 1/3 cup of Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
How to Make Keto Breakfast Cereal

- Preheat oven to 150C/300F.
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients until very well combined.
- Spread evenly over a lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning. Remove from the oven when the ingredients are golden brown and toasted.
- Allow the cereal to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

How To Store Keto Cereal
Store your keto cereal in an airtight container on the counter in cooler climates or in the fridge in warmer climates.
If the coconut oil is melting off the nuts and seeds and pooling in the base of your container. Mix it well and store it back in the fridge.
