  • 4 large Eggs
  • 5 ounces of Bacon, roughly chopped
  • 1 large Romaine (Cos) Lettuce, washed and drained well
  • 2 ounces of Parmesan Cheese, shaved
  • 2 servings of Keto Croutons
  • 4 Anchovies, halved
  • ⅓ cup of Keto Caesar Dressing
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste

How to make Keto Caesar Salad
  1. Place the eggs into a small saucepan with hot tap water and place over high heat. Once bubbles appear, set a timer for 12 minutes.
  2. Once the eggs are cooked, place under cold water to cool for 10 minutes. Peel and set aside.
  3. Place the bacon into a frying pan over high heat and cook until crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
  4. Tear the lettuce into small to medium pieces and place in your serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the parmesan, croutons, bacon, and anchovies (if using) over the lettuce.
  6. Cut the boiled eggs in half and add to the salad.
  7. Drizzle over the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix the flavors.
  8. Serve.
