The ingredients for this Keto Caesar Salad recipe are easy to come by on the supermarket shelf, you may find you already have them at home.

- 4 large Eggs
- 5 ounces of Bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 large Romaine (Cos) Lettuce, washed and drained well
- 2 ounces of Parmesan Cheese, shaved
- 2 servings of Keto Croutons
- 4 Anchovies, halved
- ⅓ cup of Keto Caesar Dressing
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
How to Make Keto Caesar Salad
Make this Caesar Salad recipe in a pinch, such an easy way to add lots of flavor to your keto dinner menu.

- Place the eggs into a small saucepan with hot tap water and place over high heat. Once bubbles appear, set a timer for 12 minutes.
- Once the eggs are cooked, place under cold water to cool for 10 minutes. Peel and set aside.
- Place the bacon into a frying pan over high heat and cook until crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
- Tear the lettuce into small to medium pieces and place in your serving bowl.
- Sprinkle the parmesan, croutons, bacon, and anchovies (if using) over the lettuce.
- Cut the boiled eggs in half and add to the salad.
- Drizzle over the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix the flavors.
- Serve.
