These Crunchy Keto Croutons are perfect to enjoy with soup or sprinkled over a salad. They’re gluten-free, crispy and delicious!

How to make Keto Croutons
  1. Preheat the oven to 150C/300F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the bread into 1cm chunks and place into a large bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well, then place onto your prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the croutons are crunchy and cooked through.
  5. Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container.
