Keto Broccoli Salad Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Bacon, sliced
- 1 pound of Broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup of Pine Nuts, toasted
- ½ Red Onion, diced
- ½ cup of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
How to Make Keto Broccoli Salad
- Place the bacon in a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook until crispy, and drain off the fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the broccoli, pine nuts, onion, and bacon. Toss together.
- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and whisk together.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli and gently toss.
- Serve.
