How To Make Keto Pork Curry

  1. Place the diced pork into a mixing bowl and add the cumin, coriander, cinnamon and chili powder.
  2. Mix well and allow the pork to marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Place a large saucepan over medium heat and add the coconut oil, onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated pork and cook for 5-7 minutes until evenly colored.
  5. Pour over the coconut cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Simmer for 60-80 minutes, until the pork is tender.
  7. Add the lime juice, salt and green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
