This Keto Yogurt Parfait is a delicious and light breakfast that is the perfect way to start the day, but you can have it anytime.

Suppose you prefer a sweet Keto Yogurt Parfait. In that case, we recommend adding one tablespoon of your preferred granulated sweetener to the yogurt mixture and allowing it to dissolve fully before building your parfait.

  • ½ cup of Greek Yogurt, full fat (look for the one with the lowest carbs)
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • ½ cup of Keto Chocolate Almond Clusters
  • 2 Strawberries, diced
  • 8 Blueberries

  1. Add the yogurt, cream, and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Whisk together until thick and smooth.
  2. Spoon half the yogurt between two glasses, then sprinkle over half the granola.
  3. Add the remaining yogurt, followed by the remaining granola.
  4. Top with the berries, and enjoy!
