In this frozen yogurt recipe we use blueberries, almonds and sugar free choc chips for flavor but feel free to experiment with your favorite ingredients.

How to Make Keto Frozen Yogurt Bars

How to make Keto Frozen Yogurt Bars
  1. Prepare an 8in square pan by lining with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, heavy cream, MCT powder, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Add the almonds and chocolate chips and mix in.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out.
  5. Place the blueberries on top and gently press into the yogurt mixture.
  6. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until frozen solid.
  7. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy immediately or store in the freezer until needed.

Why we add MCT Powder to the yogurt bars ingredints. MCT Powder helps the bars stay soft, without MCT Powder added to the Frozen Yogurt Bars they will freeze as solid ice cubes, are almost impossible to cut, and lose that delicious creamy texture.

  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 scoops MCT Powder
  • ¼ cup Slivered Almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • cup Blueberries

Instructions
