How to make Keto Macadamia Nut Cookies

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 320F/160C.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until consistent.
  3. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and press onto lined baking tray. The cookies will need to be pressed into their desired shape as they have minimal spreading. They can be placed quite close together.
  4. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown, with the edges starting to harden. The cookies with continue to harden as they cool.

    I made these cookies using almond spread (Macro brand – Australia) as I didn’t have any macadamia nut butter.

    I had to get on to your site after making them to say that I can’t thank you enough for these cookies — they are so good, even they are so low in carbs and sugar.

    I put them in a plastic container on the counter and the next day when I had two they were so delicious and chewy …. again thank you so much for your recipe and the time you take to give us these recipes.
