Teriyaki Chicken is a very popular Japanese dish that is traditionally loaded with sugar and carbs. Our version is sugar-free and only has 1g of net carbs per serve.

This recipe makes four servings.

How to make Keto Teriyaki Chicken at home
  1. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add half a cup of the Keto Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame oil. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  3. Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray.
  4. Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
  5. Serve the chicken sprinkled with scallion and sesame seeds and with a side of cauliflower rice.

    2 pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs, 1 recipe Keto Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  • Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray or oven proof pan such as cast iron.
  • Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
