This Keto Teriyaki Sauce is life-changing for lovers of Japanese food who want to stay low-carb. It’s sweet, salty, and garlicky – perfect over chicken or beef with zero net carbs.

We use xylitol in this recipe because it doesn’t crystallize like other sweeteners when it cools down. You can replace the xylitol with swerve, but remember that it will harden as it cools.
It is also important to note that xylitol is toxic to dogs. Do not share your sugar-free teriyaki sauce with Fido Steve Batholemu III, no matter how much they beg!
If your low-carb teriyaki sauce is lumpy (caused by the xanthan gum not dissolving), give it a quick mix with your stick blender. Problem solved.
This keto teriyaki sauce recipe makes about one ¼ cups, depending on how much you reduce it. The recipe makes 20 serves. One serving is one tablespoon.
