Keto Teriyaki Sauce – Sugar-Free Japanese Recipe

Keto Teriyaki Sauce - sugar free Japanese sauce recipe
Keto Teriyaki Sauce

Our Keto Teriyaki Sauce is life changing!! It’s sweet, salty and garlicky – ideal for dinner tonight over chicken, beef or salmon!

We use xylitol in this recipe because it doesn’t crystallize like other sweeteners when it cools down. You can replace the xylitol with swerve, but keep in mind that it will harden as it cools.

It is also important to note that xylitol is toxic to dogs. Do not share your sugar-free teriyaki sauce with Fido Steve Batholemu III, no matter how much they beg!

If your low carb teriyaki sauce is lumpy (caused by the xanthan gum not dissolving), give it a quick mix with your stick blender. Problem solved.
