  • 1 recipe of Keto Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup of Scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds

  1. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add half a cup of the Keto Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame oil. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  3. Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray.
  4. Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
  5. Serve the chicken sprinkled with the scallion and sesame seeds, and with a side of cauliflower rice.
