How to make Keto Burger Quesadillas

This Keto Burger Quesadillas recipe makes four servings. 1 serving is 1 Quesadilla and has 3g net carbs. This recipe uses our Keto Tortillas Recipe.

Store Keto Quesadillas in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. They can be reheated in a sandwich press, microwave, or frying pan over low heat.

Keto Quesadillas Ingredients
  • 10 ounces of Ground Beef
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Paprika, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons of Black Pepper, ground
  • 4 Keto Tortilla Wraps
  • 8 teaspoons of Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons Pickle, diced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

How to Make Keto Quesadillas

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Split the mixture into 4 balls and press each ball onto a tortilla. Smooth the ground beef mixture out to the edges.
  3. Place a nonstick flat-bottomed frying pan over medium heat. Place the tortilla meat side down and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Flip the tortilla over and top with 2 teaspoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of bacon, 1 tablespoon of pickles, and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2 minutes on each side until the cheese inside has melted and the outside is toasted. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Serve your burger quesadillas hot, or chill them, and reheat them when hunger strikes!
