  1. Place all the ingredients, except the olive oil, into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Take 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture at a time and roll into meatballs.
  3. Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat, add the oil.
  4. Cook the meatballs in batches, as to avoid overcrowding the pan, until browned and cooked through.
  5. Serve with Keto Garlic Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Ground Beef
  • 14 ounces Ground Pork
  • 1 small Onion grated
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 large Egg
  • ½ cup Pork Rinds crumbled into dust
  • cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoons Dried Mint
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper ground
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
