  • 2 ounces of Sour Cream
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons of Mint, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • Pinch of White Pepper, ground

  3. How is this 1g carbs? What greek yogurt is recommended? I don’t see any greek yogurts that aren’t full of sugar.

    • Hi James,

      You’ll have to check the labels in your local stores – the one I used for this recipe is made with full-fat milk and has 3.9g net carbs per 100g. We’re in Australia, so not sure if my brand recommendations will be of much help.
