  • 5 ounces of Greek Yogurt, full fat
  • 2 ounces of Sour Cream
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons of Mint, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • Pinch of White Pepper, ground

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place in the fridge to infuse for 15-20 minutes.

  1. How is this 1g carbs? What greek yogurt is recommended? I don’t see any greek yogurts that aren’t full of sugar.

      You’ll have to check the labels in your local stores – the one I used for this recipe is made with full-fat milk and has 3.9g net carbs per 100g. We’re in Australia, so not sure if my brand recommendations will be of much help.

    Made this tonight and topped the spaghetti squash with steamed broccoli, sliced cherry tomatoes, and green onions before pouring on the sauce. So delish!!!
