These Chicken and Feta Cheese Meatballs are a versatile recipe that can be, served with your favorite sauce, added to various sides, or even served as an appetizer, and it’s very low carb too.
Ground meats are cheap and easy to prepare, so we eat keto meatballs often. We served these with a side of Keto Garlic Aioli for dipping or Low Carb Marinara Sauce.
We made 36 meatballs or six serves, with six keto meatballs per serve. One serving has 1g net carbs.
Leftover Keto Chicken Feta Meatballs can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months

- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil and butter.
- Place the meatballs into the frying pan and cook for 7 minutes on each side. You may need to drop the heat if the meatballs are browning too quickly.
- Remove from the pan and serve.

Loved these! So flavorful. Especially dipped in sour cream or blue cheese dressing!
Could these be frozen?
Hi Anna,
They sure can!
When would be best to freeze them, before or after cooking? Thanks
Hi Jane,
After cooking is best 🙂
