  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 4 ounces of Salted Butter
  • 6 cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of Rosemary, chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of butter to the pan and brown the chicken thighs. Place the chicken into a casserole dish and set aside.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining butter, garlic, and rosemary. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant.
  5. Pour the butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve the chicken drizzled with a little of the butter and with a side of Cauliflower Mash.
