  • 2 pounds of Pork Shoulder, boneless
  • ½ cup of Keto Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of Surkin Gold
  • 1 teaspoon of Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Thyme, dried
  • 1 clove of Garlic, crushed

How to make Keto BBQ Pulled Pork
  1. Place all the ingredients, except for the pork into your slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Add the pork and coat in the sauce.
  3. Cook, covered, on high for 5 hours, until the pork pulls apart easily.
  4. Shred the pork with bear claws (or two forks) and mix through the cooking juices.
  5. Serve with your favorite fixings – Pickles, Keto Coleslaw, and Dinner Rolls.
