  2. Place the brie onto a lined cookie sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the walnuts, thyme, and salt.
  4. Spoon the nut mixture over the brie and drizzle over half the maple syrup.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
  6. Gently lift the brie onto a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining maple.
  7. Serve with Keto Seeded Crackers or toasted Keto Focaccia Bread.
