  • 1 8oz wheel of Brie
  • 1 ounce of Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

How to Make Baked Brie

How to make Keto Baked Brie
  1. Preheat your oven to 175C/340F.
  2. Place the brie onto a lined cookie sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the walnuts, thyme, and salt.
  4. Spoon the nut mixture over the brie and drizzle over half the maple syrup.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
  6. Gently lift the brie onto a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining maple.
  7. Serve with Keto Seeded Crackers or toasted Keto Focaccia Bread.
