  • ½ cup of Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup of Pepitas
  • ¼ cup of Flaxseeds
  • ¼ cup of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Tamari Sauce
  • 1 cup of Water

How to make Keto Seeded Crackers
  1. Place all the seeds into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the tamari sauce and water and mix well. Leave to sit for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 180C/355F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. If you want square crackers, remove from the oven and cut into squares.
  6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until firm and crisp when pressed in the center.
  7. Leave to cool completely before breaking up into crackers.

    I love this recipe! They are really good. I add about one teaspoon of Cajun seasoning while they are soaking. I add one more tsp over the crackers once they have cooked half way through.
