How to make Keto Graham Crackers
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C/340F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix to a sticky dough.
  4. Roll the dough out between 2 pieces of parchment paper to 5mm/0.25in thick.
  5. Prick with a fork and use a pizza cutter to mark out your cracker squares.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully break along the line, and spread the crackers out so they are not touching. You may need another tray to do this.
  7. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.
  8. Once cooled, enjoy or store in an airtight jar.
