These easy-to-make keto graham crackers are crunchy and sweet with that distinctive, delicious cinnamon flavor. These awesome little low-carb crackers are great with coffee, cheese, and meat platters.

Use your keto graham crackers to make low-carb keto smores, and they also make a delicious pie or cheesecake crust!

This keto graham crackers recipe makes approximately 50 crackers or 25 serves. One serving is two crackers with 1g net carbs.

  • 1 ½ cups of Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup of Golden Flax Meal
  • ¼ cup of Golden Monk Fruit (sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 3 ounces of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg

How to Make Keto Graham Crackers

How to make keto graham crackers.
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C/340F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix them into a sticky dough.
  4. Roll the dough out between 2 pieces of parchment paper to 5mm/0.25in thick.
  5. Prick with a fork and use a pizza cutter to mark your cracker squares.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully break along the line, and spread the crackers out so they are not touching. You may need another tray to do this.
  7. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on the tray.
  8. Once cooled, enjoy or store in an airtight jar.
