This delicious keto sticky ground beef recipe is an easy to make version of the famous Korean stir fry. It is sweet, spicy, and salty, with a mixture of flavors from Asia.

Ingredients

The ingredient portion sizes are in the recipe card below. All of the ingredients are readily available at most grocery stores.

  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic cloves
  • Red chili
  • Onion
  • Ground beef
  • Scallions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Tamari sauce
  • Erythritol
  • Ginger

How To Make Keto Sticky Beef

How to make keto sticky beef.

First, make the sauce.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and whisk together. Set aside.

Secondly, make the sticky beef.

  1. Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil, garlic, chili, and onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and stir fry until browned.
  4. Pour over the sauce and simmer until it has reduced and thickened, coating the ground beef.
  5. Remove from the heat and mix through the scallions and sesame seeds.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of Cauliflower Rice.

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cup Scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
