The amount of natural sweetener is based on your tastes. Using ¼ cup of sweetener, I found the recipe a little too sweet. However, after spending overnight in the fridge, the sweetness level had dropped, and the keto ground beef was seasoned perfectly.

This dish makes four servings of keto ground beef sticky Korean stir-fry. One serving has 3g net carbs.

Leftover Keto Beef Stir Fry can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

Keto Sticky Korean Ground Beef Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 1-2 small Red Chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound of Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup of Scallions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of Sesame Seeds
  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup of Tamari Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons-¼ cup of Erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon of Ginger, ground

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and whisk together. Set aside.
  2. Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the sesame oil, garlic, chili, onion, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground beef and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Pour over the sauce and simmer until it has reduced and thickened, coating the ground beef.
  6. Remove from the heat and mix through the scallions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately with a side of Cauliflower Rice.
