Keto Wedge Salad Ingredients

- ⅓ cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup of Sour Cream
- ⅓ cup of Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 1-2 tablespoons of Warm Water, optional
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
- ⅓ cup of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 large Eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Chives, sliced
How to Make Keto Wedge Salad

- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, half the blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together, add the water to thin out the dressing, if desired.
- Place the lettuce wedges onto a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.
- Top the wedges with the remaining blue cheese, bacon, eggs, and chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
