  • ⅓ cup of Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Warm Water, optional
  • 1 Iceberg Lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
  • ⅓ cup of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large Eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Chives, sliced

  1. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, half the blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together, add the water to thin out the dressing, if desired.
  2. Place the lettuce wedges onto a serving platter and drizzle over the dressing.
  3. Top the wedges with the remaining blue cheese, bacon, eggs, and chives.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
