Keto Tuna Cakes Ingredients

- 3 x 5-ounce tins of Tuna in Springwater
- â…“ cup of Fresh Herbs, we used a mixture of chives and parsley
- ¼ cup of Almond Flour
- 2 tablespoons of Low Carb Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon of Dried Minced Onion
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- ¼ cup of Olive Oil, for frying
How to Make Keto Tuna Cakes

- Drain the tuna really well. You should end up with about 280g/10 ounces of tuna.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except the oil. Mix well. The mixture will be moist but hold together when you make a ball.
- Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Drop quarter cup-sized dollops into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. You should get 8 tuna cakes.
- Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a dollop of Low Carb Mayonnaise or Keto Garlic Aioli.
