This Keto Sausage & Herb Stuffing is a great side dish for Thanksgiving! It’s buttery, soft and loaded with flavor.

The beef sausage can be swapped out for your preferred meat, whether it’s chicken, turkey or pork. Ensure you check the nutritional information on the sausage as they are often loaded with fillers.

  • ½ a loaf of Keto Bread, cubed
  • 4 ounces of Butter
  • ½ small Onion, diced
  • 2 Celery Sticks, diced
  • 8 ounces of Beef Sausage, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoons of Rosemary, finely chopped
  • ½ cup of Chicken Stock

How to make Keto Sausage & Herb Stuffing
  1. Preheat the oven to 150C/300F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and add the cubed bread. Toast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. While the bread is toasting, place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the butter, onion, and celery. Saute for 10 minutes, or until tender. Pour into a large bowl.
  4. Use the same frying pan to brown the sausage, then add to the bowl.
  5. Add the toasted bread to the bowl, along with the salt, pepper, rosemary, and stock.
  6. Mix well then pour into a casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
