- 1 Keto 90-Second Bread
- 2 Keto Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
How to Make Keto A Keto McMuffin

- Cut your Keto 90 Second Bread into four slices and toast.
- Place a small nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the coconut oil. Saute the patties on each side for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Add greased egg rings before cracking the eggs into the pan for perfectly shaped eggs.
- Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Add the cheese to half of the toasted bread, followed by the sausage patty, the fried egg, and the other half of the toasted bread.
- Enjoy!
