  2. Place a small nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the coconut oil. For perfectly shaped eggs, add greased egg rings before cracking the eggs into the pan.
  3. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  4. Add the cheese to half of the toasted bread, followed by the sausage patty, the fried egg, and the other half of the toasted bread.
  5. Enjoy!
