Our keto sausage and egg muffin recipe is a quick and easy meal for one, a classic breakfast sandwich without the carbs. If you love a Mcdonald’s Sausage and egg McMuffin but don’t want the carbs, this one is for you.

How to make Keto Sausage and Egg Muffins
  1. Cut your Keto 90 Second Bread into four slices and toast.
  2. Place a small nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the coconut oil. Saute the patties on each side for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Add greased egg rings before cracking the eggs into the pan for perfectly shaped eggs.
  3. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  4. Add the cheese to half of the toasted bread, followed by the sausage patty, the fried egg, and the other half of the toasted bread.
  5. Enjoy!

  • Cut your Keto 90 Second Bread into 4 slices and toast.
    1 Keto 90 Second Bread
  • Place a small nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the coconut oil. Saute the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. For perfectly shaped eggs, add greased egg rings before cracking the eggs into the pan.
    2 Keto Breakfast Sausage Patty, 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil, 2 large Eggs
  • Cook the egg to your desired doneness.
  • Add the cheese to half of the toasted bread, followed by the sausage patty, the fried egg and the other half of the toasted bread.
    2 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • Enjoy!

Notes

 
STORING: Keto sausage and egg muffins are best cooked fresh and served hot. The sausage patties can e stored in the fridge for up to three days raw or cooked in an air-tight container or frozen for up to three months.
