  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Mixed Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper, ground
  • 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces of Pepperoni, sliced

How to make Keto Chicken Pizza Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 190C/375F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the base of a large casserole dish and smooth into an even layer.
  4. Top with the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
