  • 1 ½ cups Keto Marinara Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Mixed Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper, ground
  • 2 cups of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces of Pepperoni, sliced

  1. Preheat your oven to 190C/375F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the base of a large casserole dish and smooth it into an even layer.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

    • Yes, you did. Considering most people on Keto eat 3 meals a day max (some fast and eat only one meal) you can easily fit that in. You can make the portion sizes smaller if you like.

  1. Used Kebab Meat instead of chicken, turned out wonderfully! I also did a few extra things to it like layering the meat and sauce, layering the basil and pepperoni as well with the cheese. Very delicious, thank you!

      We just buy the “mixed herbs” jar at the supermarket. It contains rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme, marjoram, and sage.
