- 3 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons of Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons of Ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper
- ¼ cup of Peanuts, crushed
- ¼ cup of Cilantro, torn
How to Make Keto Chicken Satay

- Add all the ingredients, except the peanuts and cilantro, into your slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken, is tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked, taste and add additional salt, if needed.
- Serve topped with peanuts and cilantro and with a side of Cauliflower Rice.
