- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 pound of Brussels Sprouts, halved (approximately 24 sprouts)
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- ½ cup of Pecan Nuts
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
How to Make Keto Maple Pecan Brussels Sprouts
- Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the oil.
- Place the sprouts cut side down into the pan and sprinkle over the salt and pepper.
- Saute for 3-4 minutes until brown and crispy then flip over.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the pecan nuts and toss through.
- Once the sprouts are tender, add the sugar-free maple syrup. Toss through and remove from the heat.
- Serve immediately.
