  • Pinch of Black Pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • ½ cup of Pecan Nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

How to make Keto Maple Pecan Brussels Sprouts
  1. Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and add the oil.
  2. Place the sprouts cut side down into the pan and sprinkle over the salt and pepper.
  3. Saute for 3-4 minutes until brown and crispy then flip over.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pecan nuts and toss through.
  6. Once the sprouts are tender, add the sugar-free maple syrup. Toss through and remove from the heat.
  7. Serve immediately.
