  2. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the cauliflower over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  6. Enjoy.
