  • ¼ cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper, cracked
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 ounces of Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded

  1. Preheat your oven to 220C/425F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the cauliflower over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  6. Enjoy.
