How many carbs in Almonds?

There are 6 grams of carbs in 30 grams (1 handful) of Almonds.

Almonds, apart from being low carb, also contain healthy fats, fiber, magnesium and vitamin E. We use almonds in many forms in our keto recipes; from slivered to flaked, to low carb almond flour. Almonds are a keto friendly nut that also makes an excellent ingredient.

Another product that we use often is almond flour and meal. Which are both excellent replacements for flour when baking low carb – we even used it in our Keto Bread.

How long do Candied Almonds last?

Candied almonds will last up to 2 weeks when stored in an airtight container.
