  3. Spoon into a piping bag, ensuring that the opening that your pipe from is larger than the brownie pieces.

How Many Calories In A McFlurry

There are 556 calories in a regular McDonalds McFLurry consisting of 86g carbohydrates mostly sugar and 19g of fat.

Whereas our keto McFluury contains about the same amount of calories but is made up of only 2g of net carbohydrates and 43g of fat.

You cannot have a regular McFlurry from McDonals while on a low-carb diet but our keto version is perfect.
