  1. Hello!
First let m say Thank You for the recipes, they have helped me tremendously ( I am just about to begin my 5th month keto) figure out how o feed not only myself but my non-keto family.
I really wish you would also post the comments below because:
    1. My questions may have already been asked and answered. Like – Is this a hard, crumbly kind of cookie or chewy center kind of cookie? (like most peanut butter cookies)
    2. With so many different diets and products people share great ideas and products with each other that make it easier to make your wonderful recipes fit the many different regions and diets.
    3. Products information that i have learned by reading the comments on youtube keto videos have helped me a lot with figuring out which keto products work best for my life.
Ok so I really want to know about the cookie texture for this recipe and also – What s the difference between powdered erythritol and the “icing sugar” you use?

    • Hi Lianne,

We get comments about the recipes mainly on social media – Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest are the best places to find them. Not everyone leaves a comment on the website after making a recipe – but this pizza has definitely seen some love on Instagram.

The base is made from our original Peanut Butter Cookies, if you want to read comments about the texture, head over to that post. The texture is crunchy around the edges are almost fudgy in the center – but if overbaked they will be more crumbly and sandy.

The Sukrin Melis is a blend of erythritol and stevia, the mixture cuts out the funny aftertaste that both stevia and erythritol can have on their own. It’s just a personal preference of mine.

I promise we’re not withholding useful information from you! I hope this response helps 🙂
