  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon of Ground Ginger
  • ½ Red Pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups of Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small Zucchini, sliced
  • 7 ounces of Basic Ground Beef
  • ⅓ cup of Tamari Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to make Keto Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry
  1. Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil and once hot, add the garlic and ginger.
  3. Saute for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
  4. Saute for another minute, then add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
  5. Add the zucchini and mix well.
  6. Add the ground beef and saute for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
  7. Pour over the tamari sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Cook for another minute before removing from the heat.
  9. Serve immediately, with a side of cauliflower rice, if desired.
