  3. Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking, until the chocolate is about 60% melted.
  4. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, until the chocolate has completely melted.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined heatproof dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
