Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup of Monk Fruit (powdered sweetener)
- 4.5 ounces of Lindt 90% Cocoa, chopped (any brand of 90% chocolate will do)
- 2 ounces of Unsalted Butter
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract
How to Make Keto Chocolate Fudge
- Place the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the monk fruit and vanilla and heat until dissolved.
- Add the chocolate to the cream while whisking until the chocolate is about 60% melted.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter until the chocolate melts.
- Pour the mixture into a lined heatproof dish and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy.
