Keto Spinach Quiche Ingredients

- Crust Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 2 ounces of Butter, melted
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 pinch of Pepper, ground
- Filling Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 10 ounces of Baby Spinach
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 4 ounces of Jarlsberg Cheese, shredded
How to Make Keto Spinach Quiche

- Preheat oven to 170C/340F.
- Place all crust ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Press into the base and up the sides of your quiche dish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. The crust may puff up when cooking, settling back down as it cools. Set aside while preparing the filling.
- Place a large frying pan over high heat and add the oil.
- Saute the garlic and spinach with a pinch of salt for 5-8 minutes, until cooked. Set the cooked spinach in a colander over the sink or a bowl to drain any excess liquid, and leave for 10 minutes.
- Spread the spinach evenly over the baked crust and sprinkle over the cheese.
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Gently pour over the spinach.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until the center doesn’t jiggle when moved.
- Cut into 10 slices and serve immediately.
