- 1 pound of Green Beans, fresh, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons of Salt Flakes
- ¼ cup of Slivered Almonds
How to Make Keto Garlic Green Beans

- Boil the beans for 5 minutes until tender and drain well.
- Place a non-stick frying pan over high heat and add the oil, butter, garlic, and salt.
- Saute the garlic and salt for 3 minutes then add the almonds. Saute until the almonds are browned.
- Mix through the green beans and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
