  1. I wanted to give a 5-star rating but the “rate” button just sent me to “Leave a Comment” & I don’t see any blank stars or anything, so I guess I’ll just

  2. I’m kind of floored that there aren’t countless comments here bursting with effusive praise, cuz that is what this recipe (& the keto yeast bread recipe) deserve.
This is now the only french toast recipe that I will touch. I’ve already made it 5 times in the past month! It’s such a hit with everyone in my house (carb eaters included) that it just ceases to exist after a day or so 😉
I recommend to anyone giving it a shot to try a few modifications after sampling the (already perfect as is) base recipe here. I’ve tried it with blueberries (baked in the bread), adding sweetener, cinnamon & vanilla to the bread, dotting the casserole with little dollops of cream cheese, & now just finished up a version with some maple extract & leftover keto sweetened condensed milk.
What a treat – thank you very much for what is now ABSOLUTELY in my top 3 favorite keto recipes of all time!
Big fan of what you do, cheers.
