  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of Tamari Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of Erythritol, optional
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds, toasted

How to make Keto Cucumber Noodle Salad
  1. Using a Spiralizer, spiralize the cucumbers into “noodles” and place on paper towel for 5 minutes to soak up some of the water.
  2. In a small bowl, add the sesame oil, vinegar, tamari, and garlic powder. Whisk together, taste and add salt and sweetener if desired.
  3. Place the cucumber noodles into a serving bowl and drizzle over the dressing.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.

  • 2 Cucumbers continental/telegraph/english
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Tamari Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Erythritol optional
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
