  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of Paprika

How to make Keto Cucumber Chips
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandolin slicer, being very careful not to cut your fingers. About 2-3mm thick.
  2. Place the slices into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Place the cucumber into the baskets of your dehydrator, leaving gaps between them to let the air flow through.
  4. Dehydrate on high for 6-8 hours, until the cucumber is completely dried and crispy.
  5. Enjoy your snack with some Keto Feta Cheese Dip.
