These Cucumber Chips are a healthy, crispy snack and super easy to make! They are great with dip, or just eat them by the handful, perfect for low carb and keto diets.

  • 1 large Cucumber – English/Continental/Telegraph (depending on where you live in the world)
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of Paprika

How to Make Cucumber Chips In A Food Dehydrator

How to make Cucumber Chips in a food dehydrator.
  1. Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandolin slicer. Be careful not to cut your fingers. About 2-3mm thick.
  2. Place the slices into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Place the cucumber into the baskets of your dehydrator, leaving gaps between them to let the air flow through.
  4. Dehydrate on high for 6-8 hours until the cucumber is completely dried and crispy.
  5. Enjoy your snack with some Keto Feta Cheese Dip.
