  2. Add the olive oil and allow to heat up.
  3. Add the spinach, salt, and pepper, and saute until wilted, then add the butter and cream.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes, until the cream has thickened, then add the parmesan.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve immediately.
