  • 8 ounces of Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 3.5 ounces of Butter, softened
  • 3 ounces of Baby Spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 5 ounces of Cheddar Cheese, shredded

How to make Keto Cheesy Spinach Bread Ingredients
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  2. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Mix, then add the butter.
  3. Once the butter is mixed in, add the remaining ingredients (you can reserve some cheddar for the top of the bread if desired). Mix well.
  4. Spoon into a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet and press into a disc about 1 ½ inches thick.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center of the bread, springs back when touched.
  6. Allow to cool in the skillet for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
