Store leftover Keto Cheese Grits in the fridge for up to 3 days. We don’t recommend freezing as it becomes quite watery when defrosted.
Keto Cheese Grits Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of Salted Butter
- 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 3 cups (300g/10oz) of Raw Cauliflower Rice
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 3 drops of Corn Flavoring
- ⅓ cup of Heavy Cream
- ½ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 ounces of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
How to Make Keto Cheese Grits

- Place a saucepan over high heat, add the butter and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower rice and saute for another 2 minutes before adding the salt, pepper, cornbread flavoring and cream.
- Bring to a simmer then add the almond milk.
- Simmer for 5-8 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir through the cheddar and remove from the heat.
- Serve warm topped with extra cheddar cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
