How to make Keto Cheese Grits
  1. Place a saucepan over high heat, add the butter and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the cauliflower rice and saute for another 2 minutes before adding the salt, pepper, cornbread flavoring and cream.
  3. Bring to a simmer then add the almond milk.
  4. Simmer for 5-8 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Stir through the cheddar and remove from the heat.
  6. Serve warm topped with extra cheddar cheese and chopped parsley, if desired.
