  1. Preheat your oven to 220C/425F. Grease and line a round baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Break the cauliflower up into florets and process into “rice” in your food processor.
  3. Place the riced cauliflower into a bowl and microwave, uncovered, for 4-8 minutes, until soft and cooked through. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the cauliflower into a clean kitchen towel or cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
  5. Add the cauliflower to a mixing bowl along with the parmesan, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, and egg. Mix well.
  6. Press the mixture onto your prepare pan and smooth out to a 10in circle.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Top with Keto Marinara Sauce and slices of buffalo mozzarella (or your preferred toppings).
  9. Bake for another 8-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  10. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
