  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 7 ounces of Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

How to Make Cabbage Hash Browns

How to make Cabbage Hash Browns
  1. Finely shred the cabbage using a food processor (a mandolin or sharp knife can also be used).
  2. Add the eggs, salt and pepper to a large bowl and whisk together.
  3. Add the cabbage and mix well.
  4. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
  5. Divide the cabbage mixture into 6 piles, press gently to flatten.
  6. Saute for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crunchy.
  7. Serve hot!
