How to make Keto Baked Fish Parcels
  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
  2. Cut 4x 10in square of aluminum foil. Line each with a small square of parchment paper.
  3. Pat each fish fillet dry with paper towel.
  4. Place the pieces of fish on the parchment paper, top each with 2 tablespoons of Lemon Chive butter, 2 slices of lemon and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
  5. Bring 2 ends of the foil together and fold together. Fold in the sides to form a parcel around the fish.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish fillets.
  7. Allow to sit for 2 minutes before gently unfolding the parcels, beware of the hot steam.
  8. Sprinkle with chives and serve with a side of Fall Green Bean Salad.

  • 1.1 pounds White Fleshed Fish 4 fillets
  • 8 tablespoons Lemon Chive Butter
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chives finely chopped
