  • 8 large Eggs
  • ¼ cup of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • ½-1 teaspoon of Franks Hot Sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pinch of White Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Chives, finely chopped
  • Pinch of Paprika

  1. Place your eggs into a saucepan and cover with hot tap water.
  2. Place over high heat and once you can see bubbles forming, set a timer for 14 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs from the water and place in a bowl of iced water, or under running cold water, to cool. When cooled, peel your eggs.
  4. Cut each egg in half and scoop the yolks into a small bowl.
  5. Use a spoon to break up the yolks, then add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Mix to a smooth consistency.
  6. Taste and add salt and pepper.
  7. Spoon the mixture into a disposable piping bag and pipe evenly between the egg white shells.
  8. Sprinkle the deviled eggs with chives and paprika before serving.
