Hi, quick question. Where is the 1gm of sugar coming from for this Pecan Pie recipe? Since this Keto and I am cutting all sugar out of my diet, I need to understand what ingredient(s) has the sugar. The recipe looks great and I would like to try it. Thanks in advance for your response.
Hi Jay,
The “sugar” in the nutritional information comes from the lactose in the heavy cream – not from actual sugar. I hope this helps.
