  • 2 tablespoons of Erythritol, powdered
  • ⅛ teaspoons of Orange Essence
  • ½ cup of Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup of Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Erythritol, powdered

How to make Low Carb Strawberries Romanoff
  1. Place the strawberries into a bowl with the erythritol and orange essence. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. While the strawberries are marinating, place the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream into soft peaks.
  4. Spoon half the strawberries between 4 glasses, top with a dollop of the cream, followed by the remaining strawberries and the rest of the cream.
  5. Add a sprig of mint to garnish, serve and enjoy!
